Furnished double room in 2b flat

Hi! I'm Sameeksha, a doctoral student in Counselling Psychology. My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room and share the flat with me.

The room
The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, cupboard and chest of drawers, so there's plenty of storage and a proper space to work. Anything else you'd like to make it feel like home, you're welcome to bring!

Location
The location is super convenient: it's a 5-minute walk to Elephant & Castle station and 10 minutes to Borough, with lots of buses from a stop right nearby, so getting around London is really easy. Sainsbury's and Tesco are close by, and there's a big Lidl just a short bus ride away.

Rent & bills
Rent is £1,100 per month, excluding bills. Bills are split between the two of us and usually come to under £100 a month each.

About me
I'm pretty busy with my doctorate and work, so I value a calm, clean and tidy home, and I'd love to live with someone who feels the same. That said, I'm not just looking for someone to share the space with. I'd really like a flatmate I get along with, someone to chat with after a long day, cook with now and then, or head out with at the weekend.
