The double room is a bright space, is furnished with a very comfortable double futon bed with storage underneath and a thick firm mattress (larger than a standard double) and has a large FLOOR-TO-CEILING DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOW WITH BLINDS OVERLOOKING A QUIET GARDEN.

The room also has a DESK WITH OFFICE CHAIR, ikea 2x4 kallax shelving unit, clothes rail with shelves and there is also space for an additional slim chest of drawers

There is A LOT OF STORAGE available around the flat for things like boxes and suitcases, but please note that the room might be a bit small for someone with a large number of clothes that need to be stored hanging.

You will be sharing the other areas of the flat with a 39-year old Italian guy (that's me) and a 8-year-old Labrador dog (Remy). I work in marketing. I would define myself a quiet person and I enjoy having a chat as much as respecting other people's space.

The full bathroom with shower-over-bath and storage is recently built and is located just outside your door.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials (and more) for cooking and baking, including family-size fridge+freezer, DISHWASHER and ceramic cooker.

The living room is very bright and spacious with a L-SHAPED SOFA (sits 3-4 people), 4K TV, extendable glass dining table and a lot of light. This is also where the Christmas Tree goes up! Please note that Remy is free to walk around in this area even when I am out, so be prepared to share this area with him.

The living room opens on a very large balcony with table and chairs, plants, storage.

The laundry cupboard has a washing machine, a TUMBLE DRYER and extra storage.

The building has video entry system, secure BYCICLE STORAGE and LIFT. The flat is very quiet and we don't hear our neighbours at all from any direction.

The front door is fitted with a digital lock operated via app.
