We're looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our cosy and welcoming home near Elephant & Castle from 27 December!

🛏️ The Room

A comfortable double room featuring beautiful wooden floors, plenty of storage space, and a dedicated desk setup, perfect for working or studying from home. There's also additional storage throughout the flat.

📍 Location & Transport

The flat is in a super convenient location, with everything you need nearby!

- Supermarkets & shops: Just a 5-minute walk to a great selection of supermarkets and shops, with plenty of familiar brands nearby.
- Transport: Around a 15-minute walk to the station, with easy access to both Elephant & Castle and Kennington. Plenty of bus routes also connect you to central London.
- Cafés & restaurants: Lots of lovely cafés, independent coffee shops, and great restaurants within walking distance.
- Everyday convenience: Everything from groceries to local amenities is easily accessible.

🏠 The Flat & Flatmates

You'll be sharing with two other women in a friendly, relaxed and sociable household. We enjoy a good chat while also respecting each other's personal space.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, one shared bathroom, and plenty of storage throughout.

📅 Availability & Length of Stay

One of our flatmates is moving out, so we're looking for someone to take over her room from 27 December 2026.

We're currently thinking of staying until around June 2027, although our plans are still a little flexible. Ideally, we'd love to find someone looking for a short-term stay of around 3-6 months (until approximately March-June 2027).
