๐ Available end of December / start of January (flexible)
My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so her room is coming up.
I'm looking for someone to make my calm, peaceful flat at Elephant Central their home. I'd love to find someone who wants to settle in, feel comfortable and stay a while, not just somewhere to sleep.

โข Spacious double bedroom with a king-size bed
โข Your own private bathroom โ no sharing, no queues in the morning
โข Fully furnished with built-in wardrobes, however the landlord is flexible if you have your own furniture.
๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง & ๐๐จ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐
โข Modern, well-kept apartment on the 20th floor in a professionally managed building.
โข Really safe and secure, with 24/7 security on call.
โข Concierge who take in your parcels and deliveries

โข Residents' club room and shared outdoor spaces
โข Elephant Park right behind the building and Burgess Park isn't far either.
Get free gym and swim sessions as part of our council tax.
The Elephant shopping centre is right across the road and opening this month. It includes a big new M&S with a fresh, market-style food hall (perfect for picking up dinner on the way home), Blank Street Coffee, Jungle Berry and a new cinema.
๐๐ข๐๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก & ๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ก๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ข๐ฅ๐ง
โข Zone 1, with Elephant & Castle station on the doorstep (Northern and Bakerloo lines, plus Thameslink trains)
โข Walking distance to the City, South Bank, Waterloo and Borough
โข Loads of bus routes and easy cycle routes into central London

I'm a lawyer and work long hours, mostly in the office, so you'll often have the place to yourself during the week. I keep the flat quiet, tidy and relaxed, a real place to unwind. Outside work I love running (Elephant Park, Burgess Park and the Thames Path are all close by), cycling, and painting and art.
Having Tate Modern and the South Bank galleries a short walk away is a big plus for me.
Ideally a working professional who's looking for a proper home rather than a short-term base. Someone tidy and respectful who values a calm, comfortable space as much as I do. I'd like us to get on and be up for the odd chat (or run!), while both having the space to do our own thing.
The room is available from the end of December or start of January, and I can be flexible on dates for the right person. If this sounds like you, send me a message with a bit about yourself and what you do, and we can arrange a viewing.
