Single room with single bed see pic. Double freestanding wardrobe and a seperate "tall boy" chest of drawers.
Room also comes with seperate office. With desk with a decent office chair and good internet so great if you need a quite place to work or study. These 2 rooms are the only rooms at 1 end of the house, so you have your own seperate space from other housemates.

Bed 3 also available. Nice double room with desk and good size 3 door wardrobe.

Looking for friendly and tidy people that want a home not just a place to sleep.

I am a Landlord that cares. If something breaks I get it fixed.

The house has 2 working, friendly guys. From Romania and Moldova. Both have good English.

From the house it's a 1 min walk to the bus stop for an easy ride to Greenwich Uni both campuses and North Greenwich for Canary Wharf. Or an easy 12min walk to Kidbrooke station Zone 3 for London Brigde, Cannon St or Charing Cross.

House also has offstreet parking for 1 car, and free on street parking for a number of cars as it's a corner house. Has a low maintenance backyard, with a GAZEBO! Great at this time of year especially for BBQ's, or evening drinks see pics.... Also has decent shed with quality covered bike storage, including a side gate so you don't need to take your bike through the house!

There are 3 double rooms and 1 single in the house the single room also comes with the office.

Ideally i'd like people that expect things to be clean (happy to do their bit) and are house proud. Would be great if you are the type of person that likes to put their little touches about the place to make things more homely.
