The house is right by eltham park south and inbetween falonwood and eltham station. There are two bathroom so you will never have to wait for the toilet. The room is a single which is small but has all you need. single bed, wardbrobe, side table and tv.
There is wireless internet .
i would prefer a short term and 3 to 12 months let but if we get on im willing for longer. i dont just want someone to rent the room, i want someone to call it there home while staying.
