A double room to let in Kidbrooke/Eltham

Here I have my spare/guess room available for rent.
The guest room is a standard double bed room in a house located in a quiet neighborhood in Eltham/Kidbrook - zone 3. About 10mins walk to the train station. 15mins by train from the station into the city (London Bridge).
Buses to Lewisham from bus station less than 5mins walk. Buses to North Greenwich and the O2 in about 7mins
There are loads of Take aways, caffes, post office, pure gym, and cooperative store at walking distance from the house.
