I have 1 spare furnished double room for rent in my house located in Eltham SE9 (South East London) available now.

You would be living with me and my partner, my elderly small dog and 2 cats. (Pretty important you love animals. They’re quiet, elderly and friendly). Would consider another pet owner but only if they get on with my pets as it’s unfair to all if they don’t.

The house is a 4 bedroom fully detached house. House is LGBTQ, all races/ cultures friendly.

The bedroom is downstairs and comes with a double bed with USB enabled headboard, small desk, chair, lamp, under stairs closet, standing mirror, 2 chest of drawers, clothes rail and shoe rack.

Communal areas: livingroom and separate kitchen/dining room. Two and half bathrooms (1 shared main bathroom with bathtub, 1 private ensuite, 3 toilets). Small room used for a gym and another room used as an office/ gaming room. Front garden and back garden.

Parking is free outside.

Nearest Southeastern Line station is 10-14 minutes walk away. Gets you to London Bridge in 20 minutes. Bus stops are 1 minute outside the house and can take you to DLR station in 15-20 minutes. Bus outside the station can take you North Greenwich Station for Jubilee Line in 15-20 minutes. Another bus stop 4 minutes from the house, takes you to Woolwich in 10-15 minutes to get the Elizabeth Line.

High street with restaurants, shops and cinema is 10 minutes walk away. Lots of parks and green space directly outside or within a couple of minutes walk away.

Rent and bills inclusive: £780/ month (plus 1 month initial deposit up front)

A bit about me: I’m a female in my 30s. Professional working in HR who works hybrid. Hobbies include music, cooking and martial arts. I’m social and outside of work, I spend a lot of time at the gym or with friends and family.

My partner: male in his 30s. He’s a professional working in sales in office 5 days a week. Interests include gaming, music producing and martial arts.
