3min walk and you get variety of busses taking you to areas such as Lewisham (Train, DLR)
13min walk and you are at the Kidbrooke station (that’s where I catch a train to work) which takes you to London Bridge in 16-20mins 🤯
15min walk and you’re at Eltham’s high street: shops, pubs, restaurants.

THE HOUSE:
3 bedroom house: 2 double rooms and 1 single room.

Great garden with a shed with a space to keep less used things, so it doesn’t crowd your room!

To add: Single room is bigger than a standard single, but smaller than double. Double bed fits easy plus some space for an additional wardrobe if needed.

There’s garden which can be in a full use: invite your friends over for a BBQ or any social event! Roomy living room to socialise with roomates, watch TV or even have your friends for a sleepover. Anything we’re all comfortable with.

Bills are around £115 each person. That includes wifi, council tax, water, gas & eletrics, tv license.
