There is an unfurnished room available in a 2 bed flat in Eltham. Just a few minutes walk from Eltham station , with buses to North Greenwich and Woolwich (Elizabeth line) close by. There is a small Tesco and Co-op nearby as well as restaurants and it is a short walk to the high street for Lidl, Sainsburys, Marks & Spencer and a bunch of other shops. There is also a couple of gyms nearby for those interested in fitness. Also for nature lovers, there is Well Hall Pleasance which is a lovely picturesque place to explore and relax in.

The room is pictured with previous flatmate's furniture, but it will come unfurnished but has enough space for a single or a double bed and other furniture. It is available from end November/beginning December.
There is a shared bathroom, as well as a big kitchen and also a large shared living room area.

You will be sharing with one flatmate. I am 30 years old, bisexual and am looking for a working professional who is respectful and tidy, and wants to live with only one other person, as this makes it a more relaxed atmosphere than a larger flatshare. I have lived in this flat for almost 3 years now and it is a good sized flat and a good location for a working professional.

The rent is £600 per month, plus bills (council tax, water, broadband and energy bills) which usually come to between £150 and £200 each.
The security deposit is also £600, so the total move in money will be £600 deposit and £600 for the first months rent.
