Furnished double room SE9

Hi!! i have an furnished double room to rent due to the other tenant moving out to live with his gf! I used to live in the house too but moved out to save money to go traveling! my parents are the landlords. in the house, the two other flatmates are both young males. They’re relatively quiet and keep to themselves but also used the shared downstairs space to socialise. Due to shift work etc the house can get a little bit messy due to hectic work and student schedules but they always clean and tidy up. the room has a cupboard built in which the old flatmate used as hanging space rather than buying a wardrobe. it’s a fairly big space (i had a king size bed when i lived there), with a small but clean shared bathroom. kitchen and living room combined to make one big downstairs space with large tv and 2 leather sofa’s.
