This newly decorated single room has a view of a spacious back garden that is stunning in any season. It features a built-in wardrobe and under-bed storage. Brackets are also mounted on the wall for hanging a TV, should you have one.

Bus stops are located 5 minutes away, providing services to train stations. Eltham train station is a 15-minute walk, and Mottingham train station is also a 15-minute walk away.

The Green Trail Walk near Eltham Palace is just a five-minute stroll away, featuring stunning fields that offer breathtaking views over London.

Eltham High Street is just a 10-12 minute walk away, featuring a cinema, Eltham Library, gym, swimming pool, and spa.
You can dine at a variety of restaurants offering Mediterranean, Indian, Italian, and Turkish cuisines. Fast food options include McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King. For shopping, there's Sainsbury's and Lidl.

I work as a carer and a cleaner so i appreciate coming home to a comfortable relaxing space. I love cosy nights in with Netflix and good food. Looking for a housemate who values a peacful, friendly environment

Alittle about my routine;
I usually go to bed around 10 p. m and am up by 6 a. m so i'd appreciate a housemate with a similar routine or just to be considerate of quiet hours in the early evening.
