Double room to rent in a furnished two bedroom modern flat. It is conveniently located between Eltham train station, bus stops, and high street- all within 3-4 minute walk. The flat has a beautiful green surroundings and some great walking tracks.

The flat is tidy, it has a modern kitchen, spacious living room, clean toilet, balcony, and good storage.

I am looking for a flatmate who knows how to share with others, keep the shared areas such as living room, kitchen and toilet clean after use. Minimum age looking is 25, can consider couples with previous experience of house/flat sharing.
