The male and female that live at the property have their own area that they use, they do NOT use the areas (shower room) for the others guests that we would like to fill for those Rooms available.

We can provide double room with your own shower for £1,500 per month or we can provide you with a room with a shared shower room with other guests for £950 per month.

Rooms available for rent in newly refurbished house.

We would prefer (females for long-term stay) but we will consider males as well. Great place to stay if you are a student or professional from around the world. It’s not a place for children and there is NO house visits or stay over allowed! so you cannot bring anyone to the house! This needs to be respected as others in the home do not want strangers coming in and out of the home who they don’t know which is understandable.

Video viewing on WhatsApp can be arranged or viewing in person. The property is located in the borough of Greenwich SE9 with walking distance to train stations, bus stops outside the main road of the property, walking distance to local shops, food shopping centres, gym, parks, post office. If you drive there is also free parking on the main road.
