Flat is warm, clean and well looked after. The pictures were taken when the existing tenant moved out, so everything you see there in the room can be either given away or replaced where needed.
Existing flatmate is a software engineer with hybrid working. He has been looking after the place well and is very respectful - you would meet him when doing a viewing.
