I am moving in with my girlfriend so need someone to move in. I will be moving out on the 22nd January.

The rent is paid on the 28th each month and the share is £530. Bills are £100 a month.

The room is large, around 10ft wide x 15ft long and holds heat well. Each room has their own lock with a code.

Deposit for the flat is £500, to secure the room this will need to be paid.

The flat is near Eltham high Street with plenty of shops and also a 5 minute walk from Eltham Train station. Give or take 15-20 minutes on a bus to Greenwich.

There is plenty of storage throughout the flat.

The room can come furnished if you want/need.
