Double-Single Room in Eltham

A friendly shared house with a fully equipped three-bedroom flat is available for rent. The common areas include a spacious dining-living room and a private bedroom with a large window and double bed. A washing machine and dryer are also provided. All bills – water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi – are included. Cleaning of the common areas is also covered.

The house is just a five-minute walk from Eltham train and bus stations. It’s close to gyms, supermarkets, a post office and bars.

We follow a “clean as you go” policy: please wash, dry and put away your dishes immediately after use. Kitchen surfaces should always be wiped down after cooking.
