Double room in Greenwich/Eltham ALL BILLS!!

We are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely home!

The house is a 1930s 4 bedroom house and comprises 3 double rooms, and one small box room. The room on offer at this current time is the double room on the first floor featuring stunning aerial views over London. This is available furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, book shelf, and study desk complete with high backed office chair.

Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen; conservatory / dining area; outdoor decking and sizeable garden. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite in the loft and one on the 1st Floor. We are currently 3 in the house, a South African guy (he has attempted to BBQ in snow!); a Malaysian Chinese girl (her stir fries are legendary!), a 18 month old baby (he enjoys long crawls in the woods); and a tuxedo cat called Zorro (who is also very friendly and chilled out).

Our ideal housemate will be a working professional / student, someone who appreciates the beauty of nature, laid back and easy going with a sense of humour.

The house is situated right on the edge of Oxleas Wood, an ancient woodland 8000 years old. Close enough to the city (20mins to London Bridge via Southeastern) for a painless commute and yet just escaping the hustle and bustle of city life for peace and quiet. We are a 10min bike ride to Greenwich University (Avery Hill Campus), 15min bike ride to the lovely Greenwich Park (Cutty Sark), 2 train stops away from the quaint Blackheath Village, and a bus ride away from Lewisham markets.

The price is £550.00 per calendar month, inclusive of utilities, council tax, super fast Virgin broadband ("the fastest broadband ever" according to Virgin), TV license and etc with a refundable deposit of £350.00.
