My husband and I are looking to rent out a single bedroom in our detached property, with Sky TV if they are willing to pay a little extra a month. We are very close to New Eltham Station as well as Eltham station and there is very good bus services outside that go towards Sidcup, Bromley, Catford, Bexleyheath etc. Our ideal tenant would be someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, loves animals, a non-smoker and all round decent person.
