Double Bedroom with En-Suite

My husband and I have a double bedroom, with en-suite available to rent in our home. The room comes fully furnished and you will have access to a separate kitchen as well. We are friendly people but also respect other people's privacy. We have two lovely dogs so anyone living in our home will also get to know our dogs :) We are very close to New Eltham train station and are a short bus ride away from Eltham Station as well. The local Sainsbury's is only a 5 minute walk away and Eltham high street is also not far. From New Eltham it takes an average of 30 minutes to get into London however at rush hour there are some direct trains to London Bridge. There are numerous gyms nearby for those that are active and Avery Hill Park is just over the road.
