We have a double room, with a small fridge and microwave available. The room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
There is broad band and virgin media available, included.
We are a family with one child (11) and we are looking a for a professional or student , friendly tenant.
We have a garden with a barbecue and we have parking space in front of the house.
The house is in a historical conservation area , very near to Eltham train station , walking distance. There is also convenience stores , takeaways and post office under 5 minutes walk.
We are both professionals , both working full time.
