The nearest train station is Falconwood, about 2-3 minutes walk to the station. The area has shops, takeaways, restaurant, parks etc.. The cost of the room is £100 per week inclusive of all the bills (no need to pay any bill)

The house is regularly cleaned by external professional cleaner.

The house has a newish-kitchen, fridge, freezer, electric stove/oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, new bathroom, new toilet, huge garden, storage area, fibre broadband / wi-fi, central heating / radiators, newly done all round oak wooden floors, etc...

The area - Falconwood train station is located in zone 4 area South East. Trains run every 3-5 minutes during the peak hours. All trains go to London Bridge (20 minutes) and from there they either go to Charing Cross or Cannon Street. It's a quiet area with lots of nice houses around with plenty of parks and walks to enjoy.

Right next to the station there's A2 motorway that leads to Central London (about 10 min drive to Blackwall Tunnel / Greenwich O2 Arena).
