One very large double room available to rent in a 3 bedroom houseshare. The room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelf and also has 2 built in storage cupboards.

The house is spacious and bright with shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, and has a very large back garden. There is a good sized kitchen and extra fridge/freezer space is also available in the dining room. Plenty of on street parking is available outside the house.

The street is lovely and quiet, despite being only 2 minutes from the main road where various buses stop. Eltham train station is a 10 minute walk and Woolwich Arsenal and North Greenwich stations are both easily reachable on the bus.

There is 200mb broadband and Virgin Media TV(with Sky Sports & Movies) in every room, included in the price of the bills.

Current housemates - one professional couple in early thirties (with 2 cats). And one working professional, 40s. Our housemate has just moved out, so we have one room available in the house.

We're friendly, sociable people, but do like our time to ourselves sometimes too. We are clean, quiet and considerate housemates.
