The room to rent is a double on the ground floor, well furnished, wardrobe, two chest of drawers, table, lounge chair. Downstairs toilet. Sharing lounge and large kitchen. Access to a large garden. There is Street Parking with no permit required. Wi-Fi available. We are sociable people and a quiet household and we have two cats, well behaved of course!
