Description
Hi!
After 3 yrs, my lovely flatmate is moving on to a new life chapter. I am sad to see him go, but I am also very excited to find a new flatmate.
I'm Marla, I am italian and I am 37 yrs old. I am an architect and I love taking care of the house. I am looking for someone with the same mindset.
Since it'll be just the two of us, finding the right person to share this space is vital.
I am looking for someone who is open, friendly, easygoing, but also tidy and clean!
LGBTQ+ welcomed!
I don't WFH often; I am ok with dinners and people coming over, but this is not a party house. I am socially active with many interests, but I tend to live a quiet life during the week, gym after work and healthy dinners.
The house has more or less £200 in bills monthly.
We share the bathrooms and the communal areas; we also have a little dishwasher, a lot of storage space and a little garden.
Your room is provided with a double bed and a side table + built-in wardrobe!
The house is available from the 1st of December.
Please, if you have any questions. send me a message.
