The area:
A spacious double room is available for one month in a well-located flat between Euston, King’s Cross St Pancras and Mornington Crescent stations. All are around a 5 to 10-minute walk away, with excellent bus links nearby, making it ideal for getting around central London.

The room:
The room comes with two built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space, making it a comfortable option for a short-term stay.

The flat includes:
• A shared bathroom with a bathtub and generous storage space
• A well-equipped shared kitchen with plenty of cupboards, a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer
• A shared balcony, which also serves as the entrance to the flat
Rent is £975 for the month. Bills are not included and typically come to around £100 per month.

The household:
You will be sharing with me, a 24-year-old female student on a placement year, who enjoys art, music, socialising, museums, walks, psychology and Pilates.

Who were looking for:
I am looking for a clean, tidy and considerate female housemate who is not a party animal. Students and professionals are both welcome to enquire.
