Double room in a 4-bed flat at NW1 3TE – available now, £275 pw with all bills included, about 15–20 minutes' walk to UCL.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table, and gets good natural light.

There's one bathroom (bath with a shower over it) plus two separate WCs between four people, so mornings aren't a queue. The building is managed and a cleaner comes once or twice a week; kitchen and living area are shared. The other three flatmates are UCL students – quiet, tidy and on a regular schedule.

Warren Street and Euston are 5–7 minutes on foot (Victoria, Northern, Overground and national rail), with supermarkets, buses and the shops on Tottenham Court Road within 10 minutes.

Money and paperwork: £275 per week (£1,192 pcm), covering gas, electricity, water, and wifi. Deposit is five weeks' rent (£1,375), held through the letting agency and refunded in full if the room is left undamaged. The tenancy runs to 23 September 2027 and I'm looking for someone to stay until at least June 2027. This goes through the building's agent as an official tenancy, not an informal sublet, so you'll be named on the agreement.

I'm after a tidy, considerate flatmate who wants somewhere long term – female preferred, as the household is currently all female. Video viewings can be arranged, and you can move in as soon as the paperwork is done.
