The large sunny room has a small double bed and is spacious and light with plenty of storage. The room is free from the 1st October 2026 but the flat is up for sale so we are looking for someone happy to take on a flexi tenancy for a minimum of 2 months. Currently we think we will complete the sale the 5th December but this may be delayed.

The flat would suit a friendly, tidy and respectful young professional or mature visiting student looking for a 2 month lease.

This flat is recently painted and in a 1930's flat with a shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate W. C.. It is not super modern but everything works well. I am a very responsive landlord if anything does go wrong.

There is no shared living room but the kitchen is big enough to share a meal.

This is my brother and my flat and we mange the letting of it so there are no agency fees to pay.
