This flat is recently painted and in a 1930's flat with a shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate W. C.. It is not super modern.

There is no shared living room but the kitchen is big enough to share a meal.

This is my brother and my flat and we mange the letting of it so there are no agency fees to pay except I charge £150 if you want to break the lease early. It’s no problem to do this as we want it to be a happy home!
