We’re looking for a flatmate to join us in a newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat in NW1 3QL, around a 16-minute walk from UCL main campus.

The flat is bright and modern, with a proper living room and a homely feel. All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi. No guarantor is required.

Available room:
Room 2 – £1,570 pcm
Good-sized double bedroom with plenty of usable space.

The other two bedrooms are already taken. Two of us will be living in the flat, and we’re both UCL students.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Ideally, you don’t smoke or drink at home, keep good personal hygiene, take care of the shared areas, and are happy to contribute to keeping the flat clean and comfortable. No house parties please, and if you’re bringing guests home, we’d appreciate a heads-up beforehand.

The deposit has already been paid, and the first four months’ rent is payable upfront. The room is suitable for someone looking for a comfortable, quiet and friendly home close to UCL.
