Double room in Farringdon house

1 double room available in a beautiful modern mews house in Farringdon, <5 min walk from Farringdon station

***as we are have already secured the flat and are looking to move ahead with reference checks early next week, we will prioritise those who would feel comfortable committing to reference checks and deposit payments ahead of a viewing (we will try organise one asap one things are moving ahead). Myself and my flatmates are of course willing to facetime etc to make you feel comfortable to do so!!***

You’d be sharing 1 full bathroom with a toilet and shower and one half bathroom with 2 other girls. Also a disclaimer- the room has a half wall on one of the sides, so it is open. The videos I can share show this- the rent is much lower to reflect this and we will support in finding a solution to seal off the bedroom entirely

I’m Jess, a 24 yr old strategy consultant from London. I am about to move into this properly with 2 friends (female professionals, aged 26 & 28) but we are looking for 1 more girl to fill out 4th double room :)
