Ideally looking for someone that works in maintenance, builder or is very good at maintenance so that they can easily fix things in the house when needed.

I should have answered all your questions if you read the ad fully and hope I don’t get asked questions that I’ve already covered here. If I get these questions I will ask you to refer to the advert for the answer. If it’s genuinely something I’ve missed then please ask, but the main question I’m really looking for is “Wow! Awesome! I love it! When can I view?!?” :)

About house mates:
Current house mates are a quiet bunch, no parties, no loud music.
They are professionals in catering and hospitality industry.
They are all from various parts of the world. I will not answer if I am asked where they are specifically from as this shouldn’t matter.
I will not answer further questions about the house mates as I get asked this question and I feel the info I have given is enough. If they are in on the viewing you should be able to meet them.

One shower room, no bath, two separate toilets. There are three rooms that are rented so mostly three housemates unless they have a guest.

We only want long term people, we want this to be your home not really looking for people that want 6 months, we prefer people stay at least a year.
Wifi looked after between tenants, landlord does not get involved with wifi. It works out around £10 a month each and you deal with lead tenant who deals with it.

Couples extra £200 per month.

Short lets usually double long let price depending on length of stay and season, you can ask me what the price is for current season.

Ideally looking for people that are a pragmatic handyperson that can fix little things and that can change a lightbulb or smoke alarm battery, can add pressure a boiler if pressure goes low and can call British Gas Homecare to arrange for them to come around and fix appliances or boiler if not working. Also ideally wfh or part wfh so that someone can be in when they come to fix things.

Also we want someone that wants to meet other potential new house mates therefore if we get a room that comes up empty and we arrange a viewings evening that you would want to be there to meet potential new house mates and give your feedback.

I want someone that is always friendly, kind and caring.
