AFFORDABLE accommodation offered in FINCHLEY, N12 area, excellent opportunity for a Female or Male Homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
Woodside Park station is in Zone 4 travel card zone and is a 20 minute walk and there are various bus routes near the home.
Kings Cross station is 35 minutes from Woodside Park Tube station (Northern Line) and Euston is 30 minutes.
There are several buses walking distance from the home.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely gentleman he is in his late 80’s, lives in a 2 bed house with a lovely garden. He is an engineer by profession, he lives independently. He has limited mobility but does still drive.
The ideal candidate would be a male or female who can share intellectual interests and conversation, friendly, kind, maybe share meals occasionally.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious home with comfortable living space, there is currently a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen.
In addition, an option that our client has agreed primarily of partly furnished flat with own kitchen and washing facilities, newly redecorated.
There is WiFi available.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
