We are seeking a quiet, responsible, and tidy professional or serious student. Someone who appreciates a clean, well-maintained environment and is respectful of shared spaces. You should be happy to contribute to the general tidiness and smooth running of the house. Non-smokers only, please.

What to Expect Living Here

You will be sharing the house with myself (the owner) and my nephew, who is staying until December of next year. We are both quiet, respectful, and lead busy lives. We are looking to create a peaceful, friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. While we are happy to chat and be sociable, we respect each other's privacy and space. You can expect a comfortable, secure, and hassle-free living experience in a house where everything works perfectly. We aim for a harmonious home where everyone feels relaxed.
