I've loved living here, but I'm moving in with a friend, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my lease. My room will be free from 20 October 2026.

£875/month with gas, electricity, water, council tax, Wi-Fi all included. Deposit will be around £1009 (TBC with agent)

🛏 The room
A bright single room on the 2nd floor with a small double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe with extra storage above, a desk and chair, a chest of drawers, a bedside unit and small wall shelves. The flat is close to the main road but doesn't face the street, so it's nicely away from the noise. 🤫 Single occupancy only.

🍳 Kitchen
The shared kitchen has an electric hob and new oven, a fridge freezer, a washing machine and lots of storage space for you. Besides there also shared storage cupboard and drawers, and a storage unit in the hallway where the vacuum cleaner and your less used items can be kept.

Toilet & Shower 🧼
Separate bathroom shared with the two flatmates, with a walk in shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror and a overhead cabinet for toiletries. There are also shelves and racks for your essentials. A cleaner regularly cleans the kitchen, bathroom and hallways. ✨

👭 Flatmates
You'll be sharing with two girls, one working professional and one student, both young, friendly and respectful. Students are welcome and a guarantor may be required.

Just off Finchley Road, between Hampstead, Swiss Cottage and West Hampstead.

🚇 Tube & Overground: Finchley Road station (Jubilee & Metropolitan) is about 7–8 minutes' walk, and Baker Street is only 1 stop 15 minutes from the flat. Finchley Road & Frognal Overground right downstairs.
🚌 Bus: Multiple bus lines and the coach stop is 5 minutes' walk away with 24-hour coaches to Luton and Stansted airports. West Hampstead Thameslink in walking distance.
🛒 Shops: Big Sainsbury's and Aldi are about 5 minutes away, and Waitrose is right next to the tube station.
🏊 Leisure: The Virgin Active gym with swimming pool. 🎾 tennis, squash, padel and cricket courts nearby. Vue cinema at the O2 Centre. Lots of cafes and shops around.
