Renting out our spare room whilst my sister is abroad for a few months. Looking for another girl to join me in my wonderful flat! (No other tenants)
Rent is £1,000, plus £200 bills (this cost covers all bills). The room is spacious, with good storage and a double bed, with extra storage underneath - Plus a desk and chair if wanted.(Not photographed).
It’s at the back of the house, so is a nice and quiet. You would have the main bathroom (with bath and shower) to yourself, as I have an en-suite.
The rest of the house is really bright and light, with a newly fitted kitchen and huge living room.
The flat is a 12 min walk from the tube and bus station, making it really well connected.
