A three bedroom self-contained maisonette in a Victorian house is available to rent now for a group of full time students requiring accommodation for the next academic year.

Please note that the maisonette will accommodate three single students, or two single students and a student couple (in the largest bedroom). These are the terms of the licence which I hold with Haringey Council. I am not able to let to mixed occupation groups.

Area

The property is located close to Finsbury Park which is a mixture of open ground, formal gardens and avenues of mature trees. There is also a lake, a cafe and an art exhibition space. Sports facilities in the park include pitches, a cycling club, basketball and tennis courts. Unusually for London, the park hosts two facilities for "American" sports.

Finsbury Park underground (Zone 2) is a ten to fifteen walk away. The underground serves both the Victoria and Piccadilly lines.

There are many supermarkets in the area and numerous interesting shops, pubs and restaurants to visit.

The Property
The property is perfect for three or four students. There are three double bedrooms with wardrobes, chests of drawers, beds and bed linen included.

There is a large and elegant sitting room with a dining table capable of seating eight people. There is also a large screen television.

Decorated in pale yellow which is a current colour trend.

There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower, bath and toilet, as well as two other toilets in the maisonette.

The kitchen benefits from ample storage and cupboard space, a large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven.

There is also a table in the kitchen to eat and prepare food.

There is gas central heating in this characterful and very spacious maisonette.

Parking

Parking permits are available from Haringey Council. Bikes are not permitted anywhere in the house.
