Bright, furnished double room in a lovely 2-bed flat, just 3 mins from Finsbury Park station and close to shops, cafes, and the park. Shared open-plan kitchen/lounge and one bathroom. The flat is cosy, modern, and well-equipped.

The room comes with a king bed, built-in single wardrobe, and bedside table. There’s space for a small desk, or hybrid working is fine in the lounge, just not ideal for someone fully WFH.

You’d be sharing with me - I’ve lived here for 6 years and love it, it really feels like home. I’m easygoing and independent, keen to live with someone who enjoys their own space too but also open to getting to know each other and hanging out now and then. I’m starting my final year training in Stage Management course in September so have a busy schedule and will be out during weekdays in term time but around more over holidays.

LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, and considerate are a must. Looking for someone longer-term on a Monday to Friday basis ideally. Bills come to around £150/month but can be pro-rated for a weekday let.
