Bright, furnished double room in a lovely second floor 2-bed flat, just 3 mins from Finsbury Park station and close to shops, cafes, and the park. Shared open-plan kitchen/lounge and one bathroom. The flat is cosy, modern, and well-equipped - very happy to share what I’ve already got!

The room comes with a king bed, built-in single wardrobe, and bedside table. There’s space for a chest of drawers or small desk. Hybrid working is also fine in the lounge, but probably not suitable for someone working from home full time.

Permit on street parking available to purchase from the council.

You’d be sharing with me 👋 I’ve lived here for 6 years and love it, but will be relocating to be nearer friends in the coming months. Having done it 3 times thought, the room is very easy to fill if you needed to!

I’m easygoing and independent, keen to live with someone who enjoys their own space but also open to getting to know each other and hanging out now and then. I’m in my final year retraining to be a Stage Manager so have a busy schedule and will be out during weekdays in term time (sometimes 12hr days) but around more over holidays.

Available from beginning of November with some flexibility. Bills come to around £150/month and can be pro-rated for a weekday let. Mature students also considered
