Thanks for looking at our 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment (containing 2 extra large double bedrooms and one very compact singled room). The apartment is entering its third year of renting and has been recently modernised and is rarely available.

We seek a professional working team/ group or a bunch sensible 2nd or 3rd year students who wish to take up our space from the beginning of October 2025. For the right team its possible we can make the apartment available for a second year and we provide a 9 month break clause, just in case you don't want to stay for the whole year (as a group). Full reference checks will be essential.

Our spacious apartment nestles in an Edwardian house just off the Wightman Road and is a stones throw from Finsbury Park. Great for exercise, walking and music events. The Transport links here are infinite with Haringey station direct to Moorgate to the south and Welwyn Garden City to the north of London. Or use Haringey Overground Rail to Stratford out east or to (Gospel Oak station/ Hampstead Heath) out west of London. All of these are less than 5 minutes walk away. Finsbury Park underground station is a 12 minute walk through the park and we are served by multiple bus routes to London Bridge and the West End. Not to mention our 24 hour shopping and restaurant area Green Lanes, just 3 minutes down the hill.

Our place has been recently updated/ modernised and comes with a relaxing balcony overlooking a 100 ft garden with outside lighting and mature trees. The 30feet long living room and integrated kitchen space (at rear of house) has ample storage space, an electric double size cooker, Extra large Fridge Freezer and looks onto a large sliding double glazed door to the balcony and a small outside seating area. This very large living space contains 4 large Velux roof windows to the sky, giving a cool, bright and breezy feel. The apartment comes fully furnished with a large sofa, TV, Broad band and double beds and chest of drawers. The bathroom is fully equipped at the very top of the house with a 5 piece suite - large shower cubicle, extra large bath tub, bidet, toilet and wash basin. Kept clean and in great order.

The flat is fully furnished with a regular cleaner and including washing machine at the top of the House.

All bills are included in the monthly fee…

There is also ample resident parking due to being a very small and quiet street.
