We are looking for a single, professional female, to share my three bedroom flat and take one of the double fully furnished rooms, which includes all bills.
The bedroom features a large double-glazed window, which is west facing so during the brighter months gets lots of sunlight and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Furnishings include a MUJI double bed, chest of drawers, clothing rail, full length mirror, desk and comfy ergonomic desk chair, as well as an optional armchair if needed.
A clean bathroom with a shower and bath and an additional toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a freestanding fridge/freezer and stocked with plates, pans, and cutlery.
The flat is located opposite Finsbury Park, and a 5 minute walk to the station where you can get into central London via the Victoria and Piccadilly underground lines within ~15mins. Our local buses can also take you towards Highbury, the Angel, Stoke Newington, Hackney, Haringey, Alexandra Palace, and Camden Town very easily.
Alternatively, if you want to explore the local area on foot; a walk from Finsbury Park to Highgate via Parkland walk is lovely — as is a walk towards the West Reservoir and through Stoke Newington.
You will be living with myself, a 60 year old landlady — I’m a part-time florist and local Highbury shop assistant. I’m clean, tidy and sociable.
I take pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for my tenants. As a live-in landlady, I am readily available to address any concerns or maintenance needs that may arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience for all residents under my care.
My current flatmate is a 25 year old professional female, she is clean and tidy, easy going and sociable but also enjoys downtime and is looking for the same in a future flat mate.
Ideal person would be someone who is house trained, clean and considerate. Please no smokers or pets.
