Double Room in Modern Flat + Reservoir Views & Gym

Hi,

We have a spare room in our fantastic 3 bedroom flat in the modern Woodberry Down development near Manor House.

The room is a good double, with huge built in storage, and access to a very nice Living / Dining / Kitchen space, which has direct access to a balcony with fantastic views over the Woodberry Wetlands nature reserve. (we're on the 8th floor of 26)

The room comes with a bed, mattress & set of drawers (Ikea) and has the built in wardrobe.

There's a Gym in the building, which you'll have free access too whilst there are multiple local shops, cafes, pizza restaurants directly outside the entrance.

The other housemates are 2 guys. One (Sam) works in Advertising, whilst the other (Alex) is in project management. We've become good friends & often hangout together whilst all in the flat.

The flat is a great entertaining space & everyone's happy with people round from time to time.

We would love to find someone clean, tidy, personable & likes to balance socialising with relaxing in a homely environment to keep the vibe we've built.

The landlord is open to Short Term (min 3 months) and longer term letting agreements.

Bills include broadband, council tax, water and electricity.
We pay an extra £20 each per month for hot water/heating.
