Double room in a 2B2B flat Finsbury Park

My current flatmate has moved back to the US and I'm looking for someone to take her room. The property is technically available from 26 October (as we had a last minute cancellation), but I can be flexible with dates if you're looking for a later move in date, so realistically around start to mid November.

I've lived in the flat for 2.5 years and really enjoyed the place and the location, the flat is full of natural light, and offers a super convenient location close to the station, but is super quiet! It would be to take on a contract to share the flat.

The flat is lovely and located 2 mins from Finsbury Park station. It is on the main road but has excellent insulation so it is very quiet, with the bedrooms on the other side facing a quiet residencial bit. Lots of shops just outside.

The room has a double bed, an in-build wardrobe, and small chest of drawers that come with the room. You'd have your own private bathroom that's just outside the room, and there's space for a desk in case you WFH.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and 2 fridges so you'll have your own fridge. There's also a huge private terrace, I've hosted bbqs and drinks with friends there. The flat also has lots of storage space to store shoes, suitcases, etc.

I'm 32 year old female professional looking for someone who is ideally a similar age professional as well, but I'm open! I've lived in London for 10 years and love theatre, reading, going to the pub, tennis and yoga. Bonus points if you like to go to the pub for a casual pint or a dinner, there are lots of nice places around!

Note that you would be taking over a lease so you'll need to go through referencing and pay a deposit. The landlord is great at adressing any issues and has been easy to deal with.
