Flat share in a 2 bed 2 bath flat Finsbury Park

My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease starting 27th July. I'm currently on a 12 month lease unlit 27th March 2025 and there will be a possibility to renew.

The flat is lovely and located 2 mins from Finsbury park station. It is on the main road but has excellent insulation so it is very quiet, with the bedrooms on the other side facing a quiet residencial bit.

The room is a small double with an in-build wardrobe and has enough space for a desk (no other furnishing besides the wardrobe and bed). The private bathroom is just outside the room, not completely en-suite but not shared.

The kithen has a dishwasher and 2 fridges so you'll have your own fridge. There's also a large terrace accessible from my bedroom.

Please note that my flatmate and I have bought a lot of stuff together displayed in the pictures so some of the furniture and items will go once she moves out. The sofa was in the flat when we moved in.

I'm 30 year old female professional and looking for someone who is a similar age professional as well. Ideally you won't work from home all the time, especially if you need to be on calls as the wifi is not very great from the bedroom. I would like to arrange a cleaning schedule to ensure the place is nice and tidy. Bonus points if you like to play tennis or go to the pub for a casual pint.
