Flat share in a 2 bed 2 bath flat Finsbury Park

My current flatmate is moving back to Australia and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for a year. I've lived there for 1.5 years

The flat is lovely and located 2 mins from Finsbury Park station. It is on the main road but has excellent insulation so it is very quiet, with the bedrooms on the other side facing a quiet residencial bit.

The room is a small double with an in-build wardrobe and has some other furniture that you could use or use your own. The private bathroom is just outside the room.

The kithen has a dishwasher and 2 fridges so you'll have your own fridge. There's also a large terrace accessible from my bedroom.

I'm 31 year old female professional looking for someone who is a similar age professional as well. Ideally you won't work from home all the time, but I'm flexible. I would like to arrange a cleaning schedule to ensure the place is nice and tidy. Bonus points if you like to play tennis or go to the pub for a casual pint.
