Our home is a gorgeous and spacious newly renovated Victorian terraced house and we have built a loft conversion with its own living area and work station in the bedroom, with a separate private kitchen and bathroom to rent out.
Although we share the same entrance, you will have sole use of the top floor giving the feel of a private apartment.
It has a great location, just 10 mins walk to the park with excellent transport links (Piccadilly, Victoria Line, overground, and buses). Stroud Green Road is 1 minute walk while also having Crouch End’s fantastic local restaurants and shops just a short walk away.
You will have access to a decent-sized bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, drawers and hanging space for clothes, a dedicated working area, and a comfortable sofa for 2 with a 40" TV. The sofa can be converted to a small double which we can arrange for extra guests at an additional cost.
On the same floor, right next to your bedroom is a bathroom with a stand-up shower, loo, sink with storage and a mirrored cabinet.
There is also a small kitchen, well equipped for your everyday needs with a breakfast bar to sit and enjoy your food.
If you are after a 2nd bedroom once in a while, we may have one available on another floor for an extra cost.
You will be renting the top floor with sole use. It is a gorgeous, newly renovated space, and private being at the top of the house, but please note it is a shared front door and is up a few flights of stairs (45 steps to be exact).
We are looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful individual to rent the room on a long term basis. We are open to discuss weekly/shorter term bookings but please note the rates may be different.
We are a couple who work from home for our business The Avenue Cookery School. This is our family home and we have a 3 and 5-year-old daughter so we are looking for an individual who is responsible, respects and appreciates a safe and secure family home. Guests are not permitted unless discussed before.
All bills are included apart from a fortnightly, 2 hour, £36 cleaning fee.
There is paid-for street parking for £6 per day but you may be able to apply for a longer term permit.
