Double room in Finsbury Park with en-suite shower

We have a lovely double room with an en-suite shower in a Victorian house with plenty of storage room. The room has sofa and overlooks the rear garden. A desk can be added back in the room as shown in the last 2 picture before the current tenant moved it.

There’s is an en-suite shower. The toilet is next to the room but isn’t used by others except when there are guests over.

The house is 9 minutes away from Finsbury Park station, which has Victoria and Piccadilly lines along with other national rail lines. There’s a large garden which we use for bbqs and gardening.

The landlord stays here 2-3 days every week and there’s the occasional family stays over school holidays. A cleaner comes every other week for the shared areas. All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, internet, and council tax are all included.

There is a house cat along with another visitor, so cat people are a definite plus. If you’re allergic or don’t like cats then it may not work for you.

2 male professionals live in the house and WFH most of the time. We’re looking for a tenant who is quiet and tidy. Professionals are preferred as it’s a quiet house and we’d like to keep it that way.
