Double room in Finsbury Park with en-suite shower

We have a lovely double room with an en-suite shower in a Victorian house with plenty of storage room. The room has a desk, sofa & tv, and overlooks the rear garden.

There’s is an en-suite shower. The toilet is next to the room but isn’t used by others except when there are guests over.

The house is 9 minutes away from Finsbury Park station, which has Victoria and Piccadilly lines along with other national rail lines. There’s a large garden which we use for bbqs and gardening.

The landlord stays here 3 days every week and there’s the occasional family stay over school holidays. All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, internet, and council tax are all included.

There are two house cats, so if you like cats that’s definitely a plus.

2 male professionals live in the house and WFH most of the time (+ the landlord for a few days every week). We’re looking for a tenant who is quiet and tidy. Professionals are preferred as it’s a quiet and clean house and we’d like to keep it that way please.
