This is a 3-bed property with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and one en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor. There is a large living room and a large well-equipped kitchen on the 1st floor which backs out onto a beautiful small terrace. There is a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor with shower and bath.

My two housemates are moving out on 23 January 2025 to go travelling next year and I intend to move into the larger room on the 2nd floor. Therefore, the large en-suite bedroom on the 3rd floor is available from that date. Whilst the ensuite has a bath with a shower attached at one end, my flatmate currently residing in that room prefers to use the main bathroom on the 2nd floor for showers.

My girlfriend will be moving to the UK next summer. The aim is to have two couples residing in the larger rooms and to keep the smaller bedroom on the 2nd floor for visiting friends/family. I can send pictures of the other bedrooms if you wish to see them.

Initially, the rent will be £800pp but once my girlfriend moves in, the rent should be less between four people.

The property is homely, modern, and well-situated close to shops, fantastic pubs, gyms, parks, and 5 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station. It really is a steal for the price!

Bills are not included in the rent. Council Tax is £66 pp pcm, and bills are roughly £30-£80 pp pcm, depending on the time of year and heating usage.

The landlord is lovely and easy to contact but is clear that on 23 January 2025 he wishes to enter into a 12-month fixed term contract with the tenants at the property.
