My two housemates are moving out on 23 January 2025 to go travelling next year and I intend to move into the larger room on the 2nd floor. Bills are not included in the rent. Council Tax is £66 pp pcm, and bills are roughly £30-£80 pp pcm, depending on the time of year and heating usage.

The landlord is lovely and easy to contact but is clear that on 23 January 2025 he wishes to enter into a 12-month fixed term contract with the tenants at the property.
