Furnished double room garden flat Finsbury Park

Hello Im Frankie - eclectic alternative guy from the 60s.
Im non binary queer cis male and enjoy cross dressing. both at home and out.
Im looking for a single lodger to share my flat in Finsbury Park. I
work part time so often in the house during the daytime.

Im an easy going liberal sort of guy. Often direct when communicating what Im feeling. I like wildlife cycling cinema and music. Arts and culture interesting conversation and good company. I am mostly tidy and do like a cool airy atmosphere int the house. If you are looking for a superheated house with windows shut this is not for you.
Mostly in bed by 11 pm but do go out clubbing into the night.

YOU - Im looking for someone who is similar in nature. Who is open and warm confident. Reliable and independent.

You must be in professional work or if a student have proof of income and not working from home. .
No late shifts or night Shift work.
The rooms are a good size but the flat is compact so being quiet around the kitchen sitting areas important as they are above the bedrooms in the basement.
You must have recent references for housing and proof of current income
Do you have sense of humour? I do like playful people.
I expect you to keep your room the kitchen and bathroom clean tidy and fresh.
And to do a fair share of the housework.
I prefer vegetarian diet in the kitchen but Im flexible.


The bedroom is pale blue in colour and is downstairs east facing. It looks onto the garden. I
t is quiet other than a few rumbling trains at night. The room is bright in the morning and darker in the afternoon
The room has primary use of a bathroom with shower overhead but the shared toilet is upstairs where I have my personal shower cabinet
My bedroom is next door on the same floor in the basement.

No room for items of furniture or storage. There is already a chair and desk in place.
A small clothes rail is possible.

Monthly rent is £850 pcm. plus bills

Open to students 25 plus. and working professionals.
Not suitable for full time working from home.
LGBTQ+ community very welcome.

Finsbury Park is vibrant busy area full of international culture and great food.
It’s busy and a bit scruffy round the edges so don’t expect a garden suburb.!
Big Finsbury Park is close by with great views south. It has tennis courts. Cafe Ponds and running track.. Parkland walk a disused rail track runs all the way to Highgate and on to Hampstead Heath.
Stoke Newington famous indoor Climbing centre and water sports reservoir is nearby.

Transport hub only 2 mins away.
20 mins on tube train to West End.
Buses everywhere. Islington and Camden Town.
Alexandra Palace and Park Theatre Stoke Newington and Camden Town all close by
British Rail trains forweekends away in Brighton and Cambridge.

NOTE - Im not doing viewings until August as current lodger staying on until mid August. Room will be available Sept 1st
