Hi - my en-suite double loft room is available to rent in a 2-bed flat on a residential road that is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station (Wells Terrace entrance), which has great transport links into the city (eg 14 mins by train to Moorgate).

The room is on its own floor with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and drawers.

There is an ensuite for your exclusive use with a shower, as well as a shared living room and kitchen.

All bills included.

I live in the flat and have no pets. I’m in the office Monday-Thursday, and work from home on Friday.

I am looking for someone who just needs a place to stay during the working week (so any nights other than Friday, Saturday or Sunday, although I’d be happy to make the odd exception to that).

On the admin side, I'd just ask for the usual standard things so reference, ID (right to rent if relevant) and deposit and we'd sign a lodger agreement.
