En-suite room in Finsbury Park

Hey, I’m looking for a lodger for the en-suite double room in my 2-bed flat. I’m open to short term and longer term stays.

The flat is on a quiet residential road and is a 10 minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, which has great transport links into the city (eg 14 mins by train to Moorgate).

The room is on its own floor with a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is an ensuite for your exclusive use with a shower, as well as a shared living room and kitchen.

All bills are included, subject to a fair usage policy.

I’m ideally looking for someone who primarily works out of the house, and is looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

On the admin side, I'd just ask for the usual standard things so reference, ID (right to rent if relevant) and we'd sign a lodger agreement.
