Spacious loft conversion in Finsbury Park

✨ Room Available in Friendly, Creative Finsbury Park Flat!

We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our home in Crouch Hill/Finsbury Park from 20th November. The room is a bright, spacious loft conversion with its own private balcony and en suite bathroom – perfect for summer evenings or your morning coffee spot.

📍 We’re in a brilliant location — just 10 minutes from Finsbury Park station and 5 minutes from Crouch Hill. It’s a really well-connected area, with loads of cafés, pubs, parks, and shops nearby. Basically, everything you need is on your doorstep.

💸 Rent: £800 + bills (around £120 per person)

🗓️ Move-in: 20th November – ideally for a year, but we can chat about a 6-month stay if needed.

A bit about us:
We’re Sheida (27) and Jess (28) – both musicians working in film and theatre. We’ve lived here for over two years and absolutely love it — the flat has such a warm, relaxed vibe and we’ve made it feel like home.

We’re both sociable and love sharing meals, music, or a glass of wine after work, but we also really respect each other’s space and downtime. Some of our favourite things:
🎬 Cosy evenings with a film or Race Across the World
🍝 Cooking and eating together
🌊 Weekend swims on the Heath
🎶 Gigs, galleries, and spontaneous pub nights
🌱 Low-key plant parenting and rearranging the living room for no reason

We’re clean and calm, and the flat stays fairly quiet during the week – though we do love a little dinner with friends

We’re looking for someone who’s:

Aged 27-32

Clean and tidy. We really value how clean the flat is and are looking for someone similar to us. The kitchen is not large, so it requires washing and drying up dishes after eating, wiping down surfaces, regularly emptying bins and doing general cleaning. We also tend to keep living spaces clear of clutter and use it as our stress free hang and clean out spot✨✨

Friendly, thoughtful, and up for the occasional hangout.

Creative or working in the arts (or just loves being around it). We are both musicians so you’ll be hearing a lot of rehearsing and music!

Someone who is quiet on weeknights after 10pm. We both really value our sleep so this is important! Weekends are different ofc:)

Keen to make the flat feel like a home, not just a stopover.

Downsides: Our kitchen is relatively small and already kitted, so if you are looking for a home to place your new air fryer or coffee machine, sadly it may be a bit tricky. We already have a great coffee machine though!!
