Our flatmate has had to depart at short notice so we’re looking for someone to share our home with.
The House:
Sunny room in a spacious four bedroom flat . Flat has two bathrooms, a large lounge, separate kitchen and a lovely sunny terrace. Right in the heart of Finsbury park with great transport links & even better pubs.
The Flatmates:
We are 3 tidy, easy going people (1 female, 2 males) who like to hang out and enjoy the occasional beverage, but also respect personal time. Looking for someone like minded.
Arrangements:
We’re looking for a real housemate who’d be on the contract for at least a year
Rent:
£900 per month which includes rent council tax and internet.
Gas/power is approx £40 per person per month.
