Huge and cosy double bedroom in Finsbury Park

KINDLY NOTE: The bedroom is unfurnished, except for a wardrobe in excellent condition left by the previous lodger.

I’m renting out two bedrooms in our beautiful Victorian semi-detached home in a quiet, leafy part of Finsbury Park. The house has four bedrooms in total: I live in one, another was let earlier this month (male), and the remaining two (see separate listing for the other) will both become available from 20th October.

This spacious double bedroom (£1050, all bills included) is the largest in the house, measuring 2.8m x 5.1m. It’s bright and airy, with windows on two walls, freshly painted, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Since it’s mostly unfurnished, you’ll have the freedom to make it your own.

Our location is fantastic:
5 minutes’ walk to Crouch Hill Station (Overground, Suffragette line)
10 minutes to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
Surrounded by great cafés, eateries, green spaces, and running trails

The house itself offers:
One bathroom
A spacious kitchen/communal area with a cosy sofa
A laundry/drying room (a rare London perk!)
A large, beautifully maintained garden

We’re a friendly, calm, and tidy household. We have a deep cleaning rota in situ (one person performs one deep clean per week, in a rotating order), but we like to keep on top of the cleaning daily, and it is always as pictured in the photos. Privacy and personal space are respected, but we also enjoy the occasional catch-up. It’s a non-party home, and cleanliness is very important (I’m a self-confessed clean freak!). My new housemate) and are fairly introverted, but friendly and relaxed.

We’re looking for two like-minded long-term housemates (ideally one other male and one female, but open to whatever dynamic) who are respectful, clean and tidy, and enjoy a homely, peaceful vibe. Hybrid or mostly out-of-home workers would be preferred. Not ideal for students.
