This super spacious double bedroom (5.4 metres long by 2.8 metres wide - absolutely huge!) is advertised for £1150 including all bills, except for the kitty, which amounts to approx £10 per month. It is available immediately.

Featuring two large double-glazed windows looking onto our lovely residential street and garden, it is bright and airy, and the largest bedroom in the house, with its own landing. The bedroom is unfurnished but includes a wardrobe (as shown in the photos) and built-in wall shelves. Since it’s mostly unfurnished, you’ll have the freedom to make it your own.

Our location is fantastic:
5 minutes’ walk to Crouch Hill Station (Overground, Suffragette line)
10 minutes to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line & National Rail)
Surrounded by great cafés, eateries, green spaces, and running trails

About us:

We’re a friendly, peaceful, and tidy household of 3 females and one male (moved out). I am the tenant of the property. The property comprises 4 bedrooms in total. Ideally, another girl would join, but we would consider a very clean male too (our previous male housemate was brilliant and very clean). Privacy and personal space are respected, but we also enjoy the occasional catch-up and are very friendly. I am Swedish, born and bred, of Iraqi ethnicity, and my two remaining housemates are both Italian.

Who we are looking for:

Mostly out-of-home work would be preferred, or a hybrid setup with a maximum of 2 days from home. Not ideal for students.

Cleanliness is extremely important to us - maintaining a consistently clean and orderly environment is essential, and I cannot overstate this enough. It’s crucial to us that anyone moving in is naturally tidy, considerate, and considerate of their housemates. It's not a typical house share in that respect - we all leave our bedroom doors open when out of the house, which signals a huge sign of trust between us, and it just gives the home a more 'homely' feel - this is, of course, not obligatory, but we prefer living this way.

I totally understand that this standard of living isn't for everyone; it would mostly suit someone similar (you would love it if you're this way inclined). We have a cleaning rota in place, and each of us is assigned a week when we are in charge of cleaning and replacing bins. This has worked very well.
