LGBT friendly flat 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Looking for a clean, chilled, sociable flatmate to move into this lovely flat in Finsbury Park/Manor House.

The Flat:

Spacious, bright and well-located. Large living room with balcony, good sized kitchen with a small dishwasher, and there’s good storage space throughout the flat. It's a short walk to the West Reservoir, the Castle Climbing Centre, and Clissold park, close to FP, Stoke Newington and plenty of great pubs and cafes.

Only a 7 minute walk to Manor House station and 15 minutes to Finsbury Park station.

Your Housemates:

Grace, 28 - I work in journalism/video editing and play in a queer netball team locally. I love a sunny pub garden (or a heated pub garden as we get into winter 🥲), travelling, live music, going on coffee walks, cooking, a good night out and a good night in, and generally exploring the city!

Adam, 27 - Northumbrian working in finance who loves a good pub quiz. I love cooking/baking, trips to museums and galleries, gigs/festivals, weekends away and my ritualistic spin class

We’re sociable (love a good night out or night in) but also respect each other’s space and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. We’re good friends and looking to make the flat feel like a proper home, so ideal for someone who is looking for something similar!

We’re both queer so lgbt friendly flatmates is a must!

The Room:

Small double room that comes with a wardrobe and some space under the bed for storage, you would only share the bathroom with one other person! There is also a shared storage cupboard and good space throughout the flat.

Availability:

The room is available for 12 months from October 28th with the possibility to renew.
